Repertoire Courses

All UHS Music students are required to perform in a large ensemble. These are full-year commitments with the final mark given in June. Arts Unionville students should ensure that the proper course code appears on their course selection forms (depending on discipline).

Piano majors typically sing in the Concert Choir but will often want to continue to perform on their second instrument that they played in elementary school. Please ensure that the Repertoire course code matches the desired large ensemble. Grade 9 Piano majors may choose to sing in the choir or take the mainstream lunch time band/strings program.

Musicianship Courses

All Arts Unionville courses are full-year courses with final marks given in June. Students enrolled in Arts Unionville are welcome to participate in Unionville High School's Core Music courses. Please don't hesiste to ask questions regarding course selection. Ask a music teacher.
