Unionville High School’s Third Annual STEM Expo

On Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, all UHS students and clubs are invited to present or attend the STEM Expo after school in the cafeteria. There will be student projects, student clubs, as well as external organizations that include: 

1. York Region Educational Services

2. Humber College 

3. Science Engagement Programs (York U) 

4. Ontario Science Centre 

5. Durham College 

6. Ontario Tech University

 The purpose of the STEM Expo is to create an engaging and inclusive space where students can showcase their learning, explore STEM pathways, and connect with post-secondary institutions and community organizations. Through student projects and club-led activities, the STEM Expo highlights creativity, innovation, and problem-solving while celebrating student voice and leadership. By welcoming external partners such as York Region Educational Services, Humber College, Durham College, Science Engagement Programs at York University, Ontario Tech University, and the Ontario Science Centre, the Expo provides students with hands-on experiences and meaningful exposure to real-world STEM opportunities.
